In order to perform the professional services required to design and arrange a personalized travel experience just for you there is a travel consultation fee. The fees are as follows:
$25 for Flight Planning Services (2 passengers)
$50.00 Plan to Go fee (Up to 5 Passengers)
$150 VIP Travel Management Services ( Up to 5 Passengers)
Group fees start at $200 and cover up to 10 people.
The rate to plan a trip for over 10 people can be negotiated based on the number of people but will not be less than $15 per person. Group trips require extensive time and research so please allow 3-5 business days for a complete quote and travel itinerary.
The travel consultation fee is non-refundable. My consultation fee is for the service provided and does not go towards your trip. My work is based on personal experience and professional expertise obtained through being in the travel industry. I research cruises, hotels, tours, and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation if needed, draft itineraries, and more. The itineraries I provide will detail your travel plans and specifically tailored travel arrangements that give travelers peace of mind on top of saving them time. I provide a stress-free travel experience.
Once I construct your itinerary, you are free to shop it online and price compare. If you choose not to book your trip for any reason (decided not to go, booked elsewhere or were just pricing for potential future trips) then the fee will be retained for services rendered. My goal is to provide you the best value within your desired travel spending plan.
The travel consultation fee payment is valid for 30 days. If you choose to book your travel within that 30-day window the consultation fee will cover the same trip and trip details. Understand that rates may change until a deposit is paid for your trip. I will provide you with multiple options based on what you have requested. The fee is for one individual, one family including up to 4 individuals within the same household. Additional charges apply per person if the party is larger than 4.
Adding people to your trip will result in additional fees.I do not add persons to your booking without the appropriate consultation fee.
Planning fees are NOT applied to your balance.
Once the research fee is paid and travel arrangements are secured, I will:
1. Send travel/flight itinerary/excursion passes and information related to your travel
2. Check all parties in for flights(if requested) and secure transportation
3. Communicate any travel changes via text or email based on your personal preference
4. Send a courtesy 24-hour reminder with travel documents
If you have an emergency while in travel status I will assist you without an additional charge if your emergency is due to an issue beyond your control. If you miss your flight, I can assist you but I will charge you a $50 fee for emergency services.
