We had an event in Joplin, MO on June 15th and we used Doniqua as our travel agent and she was absolutely amazing. She checked in with us during the entire process. She was very informed and if she didn't know an answer she was quick to find out and relay the information. When we come back to Joplin next year I'm 100% sure we will use her services again.

Our first time using a travel agent and we will use her from now on! Doniqua was freaking AMAZING...from the time that we finally decided we wanted to go on a cruise ( non of us had ever cruised) to the time we stepped foot back in our house.

We got delayed due to weather on our flights out and she checked in on us every step of the way, walked us thru questions that we had when we stepped on the ship, changing transportation, weather updates and most of all my cheerleader thru the whole trip ( I hate to fly and I do not Like being on a boat of any kind really). We LOVED the cruise and will be doing another one in the future!

After it was all said and done we were able to jump a couple of early flight back home due to weather coming back and she never stopped check in with us (even though she was traveling herself).

I have to brag on my girl for giving me one of the best trips of my life (and I travel a LOT)!

I have never used a travel agent before. I have honestly never felt the need to do so. Enter one of my oldest friends who is using another one of my oldest friends’ expertise and here we are!

My favorite things about having Doniqua running this ship:

1) I don’t have to! (There is always one “responsible one” who picks up the slack on a trip. I LOVED not having to do that.

2) When issues came up- day or night- she was a phone call away and “on it!” Don’t ask me when she sleeps 🤷🏼‍♀️

3) D is honest! If she knows something isn’t worth it or doesn’t know the answer to a question she will tell you…then come back with an answer within 10 minutes.

4) Our travel plans were pushed back by our airlines but they didn’t notify us until the night before. This wonderful woman stayed up wayyyyy past her bedtime talking to the airlines and the hotel and who in their right mind wants to do that themselves? If you can’t sleep she can’t sleep.

5) DEALS! D was able to save us money AND book our excursions for us ahead of time. We picked one excursion so we could relax at the spa as well and we chose swimming with dolphins. It was by far my favorite day of the trip.

6) Accommodations! D finds the most beautiful places to stay. It was hard to choose but she helped guide us to the place that would best fit our needs and even our personal style! 😍

7) This one is big! This woman knows and will tell you straight up- things happens on trips. And something usually does happen. In the past my problem has been I’ve had no one to go to to help me figure out my next steps. I can tell you if I’m taking a trip for pleasure I will NEVER be in that situation again! I will be calling D and using “the royal we.” For example, “we need to figure out what time to leave tomorrow.” or “we need to book a Sprinter to take us here.” She knows I don’t mean ME 🤣

😎 The most important point of this review so please listen up…D will make you laugh through your frustration. She will calm you down if the s**t hits the fan. Travel anxiety? Use Doniqua. Seasoned traveler? Use Doniqua. Travel virgin? USE my girl!
